Embodiment in dance performance.
This research is centred on developing a performer’s methodology of embodying emotional and transformational journey towards rationality in performance training. It will reflect on the relation between individual and internal training such as yoga and group dynamics in movement improvisation.

‘Dancing in HE: a reassessment of technical and performance training’ - Teaching led project with Dr Cathy Seago (University of Winchester).
This project will investigate different aspects of dance practice and its requirements/expectations in HE. It aims at setting out the challenges that new kinds of students in HE have created for teaching and learning physical skills in dance.
